BBXII Fin Beveling

Hi, I am working on my PSII Black Brant and got most of everything done except the fin beveling. I Have this sand block but it is curved down the middle and doesnt work too good. Are there any ideas or any good sanding "Bars" I should get to get the job done?

I have a couple sanding blocks made out a oak that are about 2 inches wide, 1 inch thick and 8 inched long that I glue whatever grit sandpaper on with 3m77 adhesive. I also have a foot long piece of 1 inch wide "t" shaped aluminum that I also glue sandpaper to

I was not able to get the fins exactly like the instructions said and ended up a bit thicker and not as good as I wanted. But they don't look terrible at least.
