Astralis Fin-Glassing Technique question

Just a quick question regarding the fin-glassing tutorial presented on Astralis website:

Would you glass all the fins at the same time, one after the other?

For example, put the 6oz CF on one set of fins, then the 2oz glass, and then just rotate rocket and repeat?

Again, which is why I ask in the first place. . . duh.

According to the tutorial, it appears they are doing all fins at once. See page 12.

"Once you applied CF or FG to *all* surfaces, then press "opposing" edges with your gloved fingers. As epoxy is drying, turn tube every 5 minutes forst first hour and then every 15 minutes after that for next two hours."
