I found this under my temporarily assigned desk at work. It was on the floor, not plugged in.

Ultrasonic Pest Repellant? is it a Self Sealing Stem Bolt? Oh... I know... 42.

I think it's half of an adapter for a wall wart. It snaps on and off to allow other configuations in other countries. I recently purchased a hard drive enclosure that came with the whole set and it looked kinda like that.

That symbol looks like a wireless symbol.. looks like you can plug something in through it as well.. maybe a power usage monitor

If you mean plug in another US standard 110 volt wall plug, no. Those holes are too small and too far apart. But yes, the symbol does also resemble a WiFi icon turned sideways.

No it's a proprietary connector for whatever wallwart it came from.

I believe we have a winner. Not that exactly (that's for European outlets) but the US equivalent.

(I found a few eBay listings for it, and I'm only 95% sure because the seller, lux-tel, needs a few more lux for his photos.)
