Aerotech I205W Bad Batch

Hey all, last weekend I tried to shoot off two I205W's at my club and in both the nozzle came off after ignition and two propellant grains came out. Another member of the club came by and told me he had the same issue with the same motor twice again! I didnt take a photo of the lot or anything as I got a warranty for it but has anyone had this issue lately?

We are looking at the issue and as always they will be covered under warranty. Please provide the lot numbers and photographs on any failed motors to [email protected].

I have 2 in the range box for this summer. Date codes would be great to know...
Even it it's just a potential issue, I would wait, or use in a diffent rocket.
