We were lucky! No one got hurt!!!!!!
But the nose cone on the "D" region tomahawk did not survive when it decided to take out the rear bumper of my van.

Does anyone have one that they might be willing to part with so I can fly again.

Try Countdown Hobbies they have both Loc and PM nosecones in stock. And they have pretty good service as well.
