Acrylic Caulk for fillets?

Has anyone ever used acrylic caulking for fin fillets? Does it have the strength of glue? It seems like it would be easy to use since it is water soluble.

Some folks have reported good initial results with Loctite Powergrab. I haven't heard any long-term reports though.

For purely cosmetic fillets it would be fine and is easy to work with. Structural fillets OTOH require a bit more specific properties than most caulks I have seen offer, structural fillets need to be harder, tougher, stiffer, still have a bit of flex, can be bonded too (most caulks will accept paints but not adhesives).
