As Dave said, you can go to any size scale. As you get smaller, you'll want to see how Estes and Centuri did the shell. The trapezoidal body on mine was designed from the start for an L2200 75mm. One last thought: precision on the bulkheads is key - CNC or laser cut all these pieces or it just won't look right. I was glad I outsourced that cutting and learned to draw the bulkheads on Fusion360 and Vcarve pro. Foam, balsa and fiberglass worked well for me at 1/2 scale - scale those materials down too.
