Perfectflight Datacap program has a minor issue

Hi All,

I've attached a screenshot of what I see when I open the Perfectflight Datacap program. For some reason some of the words are cut off and I can't figure out why. Has anyone seen and cured this issue or maybe have some suggestions on what to do?

Being an old Windoze coder... this often happens, in my experience, when you are using a larger or custom default system / dialog font and the code is not written to check. Or the code has hard coded units that worked for the old default font but not the new windows 8 one. Generally the layout should be done in dialog units if not a quick calculation at display time. Or at least float the right side of the group rectangle (which is probably a group box as you can say it clipping both left and right). But as you say it is innocuous.

Although the root of the problem is probably a bug in the software, you may be able to work around it by setting the font size on your computer back down to the default ("100%").

The suggestion to decrease the computer's font size worked perfect.
