Was wondering if there are newer parts database files for RockSim that include currently available fiberglass tubing, nosecones etc. I checked with Apogee and Tim said they don't issue updates for motor or parts databases. Info appreciated.

It may not be a path you want to take, but you can add items to the parts databases. I have done this for some custom 3D printed parts.

If you're willing to switch, I've made a pretty comprehensive parts database update for OpenRocket - see https://github.com/dbcook/openrocket-database . It has good coverage for Madcow FG tube sizes (both regular and thin-wall), LOC and Madcow cardboard tubes, blue tube, nose cones, and tons of updates/corrections for LPR parts.
