After months of waiting, this bird finally flew last weekend at BALLS 24!

Per a previous post, it flew on one of my own motors - a baby (4%) EX L1200.

When I pushed the button, it boosted quickly to 14,929’. It also took off at a slight angle possibly due to binding on the rail, but the flight was perfect. I had solid GPS lock all the way down, and indicated both my drogue and main had deployed correctly. We drove right to it, about 1.5 miles SW of the pad.

Thanks, Kyndel! Hope to see you out in Brothers again next year. And yes, getting this rocket into the "paint booth" is definitely on my agenda for the off-season.
