Hmm getting a kitten for my wife to wave may be difficult could I substitute a stuffed animal?
Need a kitten, want a kitten, have a kitten, for goodness sake please take our kittens!!!!!
Val has been feeding feral cats for so long the mothers bring the babies right on our deck to raise them. We have special insulated houses made so they can all stay dry and warm.
All the kittens come to you when called, know when it's feeding time, and can be handled. Being all are black, they're fairly easy to find in the snow, should they want to chase after any rabid lamas. :D
btw- those Lamas didn't by any chance come from the lama farm a few miles over form me, did they? Because those Lamas look pretty mean and nasty as it is. ....They stare at you, with evil eyes as you drive by.
They're plotting something, I just know it!

A fellow driving a brown truck just delivered me a package, and on the address label is typed--

TRF SECRET SANTA

So....my :present: has arrived. :santa-smile:

Under the :tree: it goes....

Thanks in advance, Secret Santa! :hohoho:

I saw them! I could have sworn they were Alpaca's, but when I got to the front door I found a box marked "Do not open under pain of rabid llama attack". So, it was either alpaca's in disguise, or I better just heed the warning.

Oh, well. I have carved out a couple of hours on the 25th to see what's inside.

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good flight.

Well, no SS yet, but I did get the "Papa Elf Special" in today. And the box is seriously stuffed. I can't wait to open it. But I will.

seems like Pem Tech was the gift of choice this year. Those deliver Llama's sure are busy.

mine came in today as well from flis have my flytying friends helping me from opening the beautiful wraping job. thanks ss. i hope my ss likes theirs should be their soon if not already.

Ok, I admit I did not use one of the prefered SS suppliers BUT I found what I needed from the pinned Rocketry Resources thread. The prices were low and the rockets were from the manufacturers he wanted.

I mean, delivery by llama or any dromedary is pretty cool:hohoho: if you don't mind camel spit;) but the prices on the rockets were low enough that adding shipping the cost was a little lower than retail.

One thing I know, the recepiant will be very pleased with what he gets, I know I would if I got the same thing(I was actually intending for these rockets to go to me:D )

Recieved unmarked so I opened it!!!

Thank god it was sealed inside and labeled ;)

And gift sent! Someones getting a kit that I was going to order for myself and decided I only had enough cash for one, so they got it :p

With Mom being moved to a rehab center tomorrow, and spending all Christmas Day with her, we're going to be massively busy the next 2 days. So, we've decided to open gifts tonight.

I know, a little early, but I promise I'll post. SS has still not arrived yet, but i'm hoping today.

I know the latest snow storm :snowman: messed up delivery by Secret Santa, but I have not recieved mine yet as of today. :impatient:

Papa Elf, can you see if it was placed on the sled?

Just updating. Still no llama or brown truck. Hopefully tomorrow! Don't know which is worse? Wanting to open something under the tree or waiting for it to arrive. Merry Christmas! Will let you know tomorrow.:tree:

i ordered a bit late...very sorry to my victim...hopefully it arrives tomorrow. crossing fingers.

Well, I promised I'd post what came from PapaElf. And I want to thank him a great deal. With everything that has gone on in my life since August, this came at the absolute perfect time. I know that there is a silver lining to all of this, but seeing it sometimes is kinda hard.

So, a little early, but with everything that will be going on the next 2 days, its ok, I think.

First, a 40 gram bottle of QuickDip from QuickBurst. (This arrived first) I can't wait to make my own igniters.

Then in one box the following came in.

A 24" chute from K & S. This will be put to GOOD use.

A Shadowlord from FlisKits. #37. Half tempted to save it, but I won't. I'll build it.

A Goblin from InFlight. Always wanted a Goblin.

A free kit up to 29mm from Art Applewhite. It will be either a Stealth or a Scimitar. Haven't decided which yet.

A set of Der Big Daddy decals from Excelsior. I happen to have a Big Daddy that is red and black and needs repainting anyways. So a little sanding, and I'll have a Der Big Daddy.

And then there was this thing in there that was all sticky. Like some huge mammal slobbered all over it. Then I saw the hair and knew it was a Llama that slobbered all over it. Once I applied my patented Super Llama Slobber Cleaner (TM), I found it was a Kraken. Perfect. CATO has just started drag racing these, and maybe we can get a new tradition started.

Thanks, PapaElf. You've made my holiday.

thank you santa I got a great assortment of parts from flis kits. now i can fix my rockets my cat killed and built a few more. thank you.

Well, SS arrived today in a Semroc box.

Inside was a VF-261, a Ruskie, and an Earmark.

I'm gonna have alot of fun putting all of these rockets together.

Thanks everybody!

I was getting a little worried for Lauren, but the US Mail brought a long, triangular box from Pemberton Technologies today. Since this is really for her, and because the box was bent in half, I looked inside to see how bad the damage was (tell me I am not in danger of a rabid Llama attack!). Luckily, there was one kit in each end, unharmed. Thank you to our Secret Santa, she will LOVE the Kraken and the Payloader One! The kits are wrapped and under the tree as I type this for her happy discovery tomorrow morning.

Fliskits Decim8 #14!!!

Thanks, Secret Santa!! I know what these cost and you've went above and beyond the call of duty.

I just hope my recepiant is as happy with what I got him as I am with this.

:hohoho:

We(step daughter and I) decided to 'open' our packages tonight..Seeing as I was the only one that didn't KNOW exactly what I was getting, it was fun..She was like, 'oh wow, cool, a helmet to go with the bike you gave me' and "holy cow, a nintendo DS!".. Anyways, THANK YOU Santa! I had gotten a fairly large box with the big Quest logo on it..Upon opening it I find:
Future Launch Vehicle kit
Raptor kit
and the icing on the cake!
How Hi Altimeter!

Muchos gracias Secret Santa!:D
