Spring my a$$! Winter wont let go for love or money. Cold, drizzly and windy. Gonna be a repeat from an earlier time. Jump out of winter, dead into summer. No spring at all.

Painted in snow today , yes the snow is yellow lol

What spring? We ain't got no stinkin' spring around here. 6" of snow and 20+ mph winds that's all.

maybe a couple of bugs, mostly the tiny noseeums, it's not quite warm enough. Did get two does wander through whilst these were drying. Also started hearing 'cheep cheep' when I was painting. 12 chicks just hatched out under mommy hen about 10 ft away under my 'lumber pile'.

I reckon we should give hi 5 to Salvage for having an opportunity nonetheless. The last good break we got around here gave me a shot at giving a 1st coat to my Madcow Cricket. It needs a second for sure but I'm afraid the car color in my airbrush jar is starting to set up and I won't get a chance to use it. That really stinks. That kinda paint is expensive. Forecasts here call for another week of misery.

For the last 2 weeks I have been making do with placing a large fan in the garage, facing out the door, and getting as far as I can towards the opening to paint without getting wet. The path in front of the garage is now all shades of primer, but no nasty fumes, no rain, and the opportunity to paint.

What is this "Spring" you speak of? It flurried today in Ct, and is supposed to SNOW on Monday.

41* is not a good temp to paint at and the old pro painter in me just won't let me do it. Wed-Thur next week is supposed to be mid-60's, good enough :)

It's been 'Spring' here in SoCal for several months.

Today, Saturday, I finished my Estes Pro Series II Nike Smoke kit.

I have two Enerjet 1340 clones in primer now.

Build, build, build.

I got a mad cow Pirhana from my secret Santa for Christmas. I flew it naked (only cause we had no waiver for the club launch and it was all I had small enough) but it needs some color! I've primed and got it all ready.

Color will be all auto air. Sparklescent Mango, pearlescent white, and pearlescent plum!

Let's hear it for shop heaters and basement spray booths. Did reduced acrylic primers and sealers in the garage (first time ever with HVLP guns) and shooting water based acrylics in the basement & garage. .

Spring? Four inches of white on the ground and still coming down hard.

A big amen for the water based/water born paints! I can shoot some in the garage with the door closed, hit it with the heat ray and the place doesn't blow up! My clear coats are another matter, for warm calm days and a respirator.
