Does anyone know what the “oxidizer” is in the QuickDip kit sold by Apogee? Is it Potassium Nitrate or. Similar oxidizer?

Based on the SDS, the product as a whole does contains potassium nitrate, so that's probably the oxidizer. https://www.apogeerockets.com/downloads/MSDS/QuickBurst/MSDS_QuickDip.pdf

I would say potassium perchlorate and that's an oxidizer that is used a lot in e-matches.
It is Potassium Nitrate and not potassium perchlorate.
