Where to get common chemicals

Returning to rocketry after a 10-12 year break, we placed an order with Firefox( used to order from them all the time). We received an invoice within 2 days of order, stating some items were out of stock but others were in stock. We were charged for the instock items. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing has shipped. we have been ghosted both email and phone.

We have been able to cobble together the majority of what we needed from Skylighter, RCS, and Chris’s Rocket Supply. There are some chemicals we have not found but at Firefox. Tepanol for example. Any pointers to reliable vendors would be appreciated.
