What is it called?

I need one of these, but a different size.
Figured I would order one from Grainger or a similar outlet.
Problem is ........................... I don't really know the proper name of "what it is", which makes it kinda hard to search for.

Anyone here know what clamps like this are actually called?

PSLimo and Hobie.........thanks, those suggestions definitely are getting me closer.
I've followed both paths, and found a few "almost but not quite" possibilities.
Seems like "sprinkler clamp" or "hanger clamp" are the most fruitful so far.
Will keep going in this direction.
