Here's a clipping from today's Metro newspaper.

"It is being marketed as a dream second home. A tiny Scottish island, with a 12-bedroom baronial mansion, a 13th century castle, a lighthouse and a boathouse is on sale for £3million. The buyer of Little Cumbrae in the Clyde, which is 1.5km (0.9miles) at its widest point, will end up with 277 hectares of prime coastal countryside minutes by boat from Largs. Glenn Hickman, of estate agents HLL Humberts Leisure, said 'We have had some unusal sales but we don't get private islands coming up every day of the week. It could be a second home if you're rich, or a third home if you're very rich.'
The island's present owner is a wealthy businessman."
