Truax General Instructions?

Hi, All-
I've just gotten interested in making paper model rockets as part of my BAR experience...built the 2-Minute Egg and a scratch-made, all-paper (appx. 1-1/4") tube-finner (closet rod borrowed as mandrel!).
The Truax designs look like great fun but a bit more fiddly than what I have done so far, found the files at the Internet Archive. They all make recommendation of "read[ing] the General Instructions first". I searched all over the web for them but came up with nothing but dead links.
Any suggestions?

His method of gluing the tab, letting it dry, then sealing with a hot iron works very well.
Years back I tried rolling tubes with paper and wet glue. It was a real mess.
