Lil' Thor is the coolest LPR kit I've assembled and flown. First flight on a D16-4 was awesome! Great whistle to it! Streamer recovery is great for short walks. My only suggestion is to split the lugs or install micro/mini buttons. And take your time with the vinyl.

I just saw that the 38mm Thor exists. Looks like a great size for a kit. I might have to get one soon.
