Oh no. Not TR-11! That’s the document that @Raygun insisted defined the Alpha fin shape even though it was really defined by a simple drawing by Bill Simon which was then printed as part of the SP-25 pattern sheet.

We have been remiss . . . There has been no mention of the "Uprated Alpha" by Dr. Gerald Gregorek.

This, also, "opens the door" for an "Uprated MAXI-APLHA" !

That's on my list as I work my way through the bulk pack builds. I have wondered why there isn't more discussion of it, and perhaps why Estes has never released it as a kit.

I have several PNC-80K nose cones and could totally do that upscale, too. Might be a neat L1 build.

I know Alpha, Alpha is a good friend of mine, and you, Up-Rated Alpha, are no Alpha!

A BT-50 and an Alpha Nose Cone does not an Alpha make....
