The Rocketry Itch is Coming On!

I've been out of the rocket building/flying business for awhile! What with a new baby and work and school, life can get a bit hectic. While I've been off, I've been knocking out the confections and meats! Black walnut fudge, Turkish delight in a variety of flavors, chocolate dipped lemon and orange peel, summer sausage, snack sticks... Incidentally, dipping the orange peel in chocolate is a lot like dipping ignitors... Except tempering the chocolate is a bit trickier and a lot tastier.

Life got in the way of me and rockets too recently, and it still does, but dang, I need to build rockets to stay sane.
Always a nice feeling to get back to building.
