Boy is time wanning! Less than a month to go before qualification launches are due!

There rocsim shows 61 sec to landing with two eggs and a 16" chute!

I'm trying really hard not to butt in...just watch!

I doubt you'll be ready for the Rockwall launch tomorrow, and the wind won't be good for a crucial flight anyway. The next DARS launches are 3/19-20 at McGregor (near Waco, not real convenient) and Rockwall on 3/26. It remains to be seen whether we'll have Frisco lined up in time for having flights there before the deadline. Besides the qualifying flights, I'd be looking at doing some test flights. Sometimes things work right the first time, but that's not the rule. We also might be able to use Hensely Field (where Vought is, near midcities), but again, no promises about before April 10.

We HOPE to have Frisco arranged by then. They have something like 5 teams at their school.

I have been a TARC mentor for three years; the strange thing is that no one has asked me for any help with computer simulations, especially this year! I introduced closing the loop on the RockSim computer simulations in an article that I wrote about 4.5 years ago.
