This seems like a really good approach when you need to match a paint color, but masking is difficult or impossible.
Has anyone ever tried this with metallic paint? I'm wondering if the weird metal flakiness of the paint will help or hurt this process.
I'm gonna try it out, but it'll be a while before I get the chance so I figured I'd see if anyone had any experience here.
