Anybody have any idea when the shuttle is scheduled to fly again. The last I heard was this Sept., but that's getting close & I've not heard anything else.

I lurk at the message board at Space.com, and there's a guy on there who works on the shuttle. According to him it will be NO EARLIER THAN March of 2005. They are having to do a lot more mods on the orbiter than originally planned, so you can bet that date will be pushed back and we won't see a launch 'til summer at least. Some are grumbling that the thing will never fly again... Who knows.

Meanwhile, weather permitting, my Estes space shuttle will be flying tomorrow!
