Since things were a little slow this afternoon, I caught up on some reading of feebie magazines I get at work. In the 11/22/04 issue of "Design News", in a regular column called "Gadget Freak", there are plans for a model rocket altimeter by Jerry Baumeister. They provide a parts list and a link for more details:

Pretty interesting stuff. Nice to see some good exposure of the sport in a trade magazine too.
