Rustoleum 2X Clear, Time Before Sanding?

Just clear coated my first FWFG nose cone and got just a bit of a sag (not quite a run) on one spot. Part of me just wants to line up all imperfections on the same side of the rocket and put the rail buttons on that side... but the other part of me wants to fix it.

The can says:
*20 minutes to touch
*1 hour to handle
*24 hours to fully dry

So at which point can I sand it?

About 30 minutes in, I don't think it looks too bad. I'll probably leave it as is.

Me personally, I would give it three or four days, then wet sand it with 1000 grit, polish it with Meguire's cutting compound, and then hit it with some type of ceramic spray.

Having said that, it looks like you've got it nice and shiny already.
