Don't forget, Plaster Blaster 4 fast approaching!

Tripoli San Diego and the Diego Area Rocket Team (DART) are holding the fourth annual Plaster Blaster in Plaster City, California, 90 miles east of San Diego. Plaster Blaster will take place on the weekend of September 29 to October 2, 2005.

Plaster Blaster 2005 is a nationally recognized launch sanctioned by both the National Association of Rocketry (NAR) and Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA). Launch fees for the event are $10 per day or $35 for 4 days (or prepaid $25. Plaster Blaster is open to the public for spectating for free.

There will be a 25,000 foot FAA waiver and night launches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 7:00 & 10:00 PM. Special projects will include "Clash of the Titans" a launch of two huge scale moon rockets on Sunday morning. Ken Sparks is leading the construction of a 22'-8" tall Saturn V and Andy Woerner is leading a group in building a 23' tall Soviet N-1. This will be very spectacular!
