"Quick" epoxy question (oh no - here we go again.....)

I normally use RocketPoxy for both structural attachment and fillets.
On one build I've run into an issue and it was suggested I switch to Proline 4500
Looking through several threads, it appears people mostly use Proline for fillets.
Is it also suitable for structural use?
