I've flown mine on F through I impulse class motors. The only modification was to fill the fins with epoxy with as many glass micro-balloons I could mix in without making the mixture too thick.

Speaking of that If it does come out should i do the Loc Goblin or Great Goblin just for normal use?

The Estes 3” GG will, if built per the instructions, fly safely on Estes BP 29mm motors - the 4” LOC Goblin , with a pin estimated weight of 2.5 pounds, will not.

So it all depends on which motors you want to use and where you’re going to fly your rocket. Of course buying both solves the problem 😉
