propellant chemicals

I have a bunch of chemicals being stored from when I used to make rocket motors. All these chemicals are 5 to 6 years old and they all from Fire-Fox except for the AP. I have about 50 lb of AP, among other things.

Is it legal to offer these for sale? I know I can't ship them...

I live in CA now, but the chemicals are being stored by someone in NJ, where I used to live.
