Is it too big to fit comfortably in your rocket, or is it too big for the weight of your rocket? If the latter, you can reef the lines in a little at the bottom so it doesn't open up quite as far, and that'll increase your descent rate some.

Sorry for the delay in responding. The chute is one sold by LOC. I bought it from our local Hobbytown and it did not have a header card. However, they only carry LOC MPR/HPR components.
