Need BETA Tester for special project....

I need a specialized Beta Testor
It has come to my attention that I was in need of a 2 stage "D" kit so I have come up with a design which I think will be a hit.

So, I am looking for a testor that can meet the following requirements-

-Has experience with 2 stage rocketry (sport type)
-Can handle a rocket with that will achieve an altitude of up to 1400 feet.
-Can understand the concept of gap staging
-Can take good notes
-Must have something larger than a porta pad for flight tests
-Has a digital camera
-Be able to recieve the kit the week of the 27th (March)
-Can finish test in 3weeks from reciept of kit

That looks sweet! I would love to test it, but I doubt I'd be able to fly it within three weeks.
