When I built my Hobby Lobby/Estes Cherokee E, I decided to glue the fins on the long tube, and use the short tube for a payload pay. I wanted to make a Payload Bay Coupler for this and 3D print it , but I was unable to get software working. So I am wondering if someone can design me something to do this with and send me the stl file?

Thanks,

Doug

I want to replace the tube coupler with 3D printed coupler with built in bulkhead and a place to attach the shock cord to. Been trying to get my Fusion 360 working again... so far no luck

It ain't Fusion (Tinkercad to the rescue!!), and it ain't pretty, but it's functional. :)

.STL file attached. Apparently we can't attach a .3mf file. I sliced this in Prusa, with a height modifier from 0–14.12mm with 30% gyroid infill (for the cross bar shock cord attachment) and then 10% honeycomb for the rest of the infill. Weight comes out to ~20.28g. No supports are needed.

Anyway, it was just a fun exercise.
