Nashville Bomber had a LEUP

I saw a news report last week that they had did some searching and claimed he got a LEUP in 1993 and it expired 5 years later in 1998.
I told my dealer, God, please tell me he wasn't a rocket guy.
This reporter explained the process quite well but I did not see it in any other newscast.
Wondering if anyone lese heard this.

I heard a report that he had an explosives user permit too, but it didn't say when or if it had expired.

I also heard that he had an explosive permit (in the past). There are lots of reasons that he may have had that. Rocketry was at one time, but not since 2009.
Based on searching the database for his last name, he was never a Tripoli member. I was not surprised by that because if he had been a member in the past, one of our other members would probably have contacted a board member.

That was apparently someone with the same name living about 60 miles away.
