Back on track after a little hiatus. Sanded down side rails, drilled holes for two #2 shear pins on the nise cone17037022480744070285892441420808.jpg
 
Just did my ground test for drogue section. I used 1.6grams black powder. Based on the extension probably a bit much on BP. Motor I'm using Aerotech J270 has about 1.4 grams. Rocksim says to use 0.98g.

I already did main ground testing. Using .95 grams of black powder with two shear pins. I used the new Rocksim tool to compare. Rocksim said to use about 0.9 for a 9psi internal pressure.

Is the motor eject just a backup for the drogue or are you not using electronics for the drogue?

Flew on a J270-14 to about 2669ft. It leaned over a bit right after launch so not a completely straight up launch...perfect weather.
