Looking for plans for a adjustable launch tower

Hi All,
Just wondering if any one wants to share plans for and adjustable launch tower for minimum diameter rockets (29mm to 75mm?)?

I have printed and used a non adjustable set from thingiverse but am hoping someone can help with an adjustable tower
