Most people who use epoxy know about those little bubbles that surface, pop, then make little pockmarks when the epoxy cures right? Well, I was wondering, is there a better way to eliminate them than trying to find all the bubbles and pop them with a toothpick? They are not a major problem as I just fill them with some epoxy clay before I prime the rocket, but it is a pain nonetheless.

Most of the bubbles are due to air entrapped during mixing. They can be minimized by more gentle stiring or the use of a 'mixing nozzle' on dual tubes.

Yes, I think your right. Also, I use a syringe with West System epoxy which puts more air in the stuff. What exactly is a mixing nozzle?
