Does anyone know what the length is of Estes part no. 035003?

This is a tool used in the Loadstar II kit and possible others. The instructions call it the "Yellow Spacer Tool"

This is a cardboard tube that slides into a MMT for an 18mm motor to set the engine block at the correct distance from the end of the MMT. It is used in designs where the engine block is not flush w/ the end of the MMT.

You use this as a tool to slide the engine block up into the MMT and get it at the correct position - then you remove it. This part is not part of the finished rocket.

Yes, the yellow engine spacer part is 70mm or 2.75 inches long. Just keep in mind that the actual length of an Estes BP 18mm engine can vary slightly by a mm or so.
