I'll be test flying this at XPRS, next weekend. The stock motor with Swamp Gas is all loaded up. 16 inches of propellant, K450 2337n/S 5 sec burn.
The motor I'm going to make for Balls looks like..roughly30 inches of propellant L875 4110n/S 4.7 sec burn

here's the finished Balls motor...
The nozzle is a turned down used CTI 76mm phenolic noz. I like using phenolic nozzles on long motors. I can design the motor to be progressive (long grains) and start it at it's chuffing point. This allows for a cushion at start up (erosive spike) and the motor never gets to be a progressive burn because the nozzle is eroding.

I liked the 2.5" Kosdon motors. The M3700 was quite the ride minimum diameter.
I did with Frank a thin wall case, 1/16" with threaded closures. On the pad it weighed 16 lbs with 10lbs of propellant. The name of the rocket was "Sleeps With The Lizards".

Are you sure the 10 lb propellant weight figure is correct? For a 5200 Ns motor, that seems like a lot.
