Just picked up an Estes ESAM-58 from Hobby Lobby for a good price.
Opened it a moment ago and browsed the directions. Typical Estes directions, but wait!
Nowhere in the directions does it cover the fins!!! It goes 'prepare nose cone', 'engine mount', 'mark tube', then straight to, 'shock cord', 'chute', 'wadding and launch'.
They don't even state the distance for the forward fins!!
Not a big deal to me being an experienced modeler. But I wonder if this puts it at a level 4 instead of a 3
