I’m sure many of you have created some interesting dishes from home grown gardens. Here is my favorite.
For a month now my little 4 X 4 raised box garden has been producing an abundance of Shoshito peppers. Saute in olive oil with minced garlic, serve with a dipping sauce made with mayonnaise and soy sauce – YUM!
