Hello from ENC

Hi All---I'm a reborn rocketeer in Eastern North Carolina. I've tagged along with Tripoli East NC (Prefecture #65) for a while now. I first flew a Centuri Javelin in the 1970's, but life got in the way! I have been gradually building up my skills using Estes, from a Generic E2X up to a Star Orbiter. I have found my sweet spot in the mid-size range of rockets including a Top Shot, Vapor and the Orbiter. My latest project is a BMS 3" School Rocket with the 34 inch body tube and a 24mm motor mount (should have gotten the 29mm!). I'll finish it this week in my orange and yellow colors and fly at the Club launch at the end of the month.

Thanks! It will take awhile to learn it, but I think I'll gain some good tips and techniques here.
