Great service from Giant Leap

I've placed two orders recently with Giant Leap. The second arrived a couple of days ago with no sign of the first. I contacted Giant Leap and got a response very quickly from Bob indicating that he would try to find the tracking number. He couldn't find it right away, so he expressed shipped me the order today.

I've always found GL to be helpful and love their offerings. Thanks to Bob for some really terrific customer service.
