What kind of cutting router blade do you use for cutting fins in G-10?

How thin do you go? Solid? Up or down twist? Do you go to 1/4" shank for those blades, or can I stick with 1/2" which all my other blades are?

Do you do them one-by-one? Pairs? 3 or 4 stacked?

Thanks!

I'd use a good quality carbide spiral cutter (up or down, doesn't matter), and I'd want to use some sort of vaccuum attachment on the router. Either that, or I'd wear a respirator.

Oh, and that bit would never go near wood again....
