Flying altar

In looking for ideas I thought of the flying bedstead but in looking for information I came across the French VTOL flying Alter and thought it might make a good scratch build.

If I decide to build this I will post pics.

Very cool -- it's so funky looking! Do you have any info about it? Looks like it's not very recent.

Aaahhhh... yes. The days when men were men and test pilots were expected to die quickly...

It looks as if there is a helmeted pilot at the top of the whole thing.....

has an "early sikorski" look about it....
