What size motor are you talking about? How you retain them pretty much depends on size.Hi.How can I fix rocket motor to innertube. It should be removable. How is mounting clamp?
50 cm and 14 cm diameterWhat size motor are you talking about? How you retain them pretty much depends on size.
50 cm legth and 14 cm diameter
50 cm leght and 14 cm diameter.Total weight of motor is 4 kg.Motor should be removable because I will use a motor one time. Then I need to remove itHow big is your motor? The more powerful the motor the more difficult this can be. Why do you need to remove the motor mount?
I dont know what is it?Are you talking about a motor retainer?
Thanks a lot.You need forward and aft retention. Forward retention prevents the motor from shooting out of the nose cone when thrust occurs. Aft retention prevents the motor from falling out of the rear end when thrust stops.
This is normally done with a thrust ring and a retainer. The thrust ring is attached to the motor and is broader than the motor so that it creates a stopping point.

Second, you need a retainer. The retainer prevents the thrust ring from moving forwards or backwards while inserted into the motor mount. There are screw-on retainers, bolt-on retainers, retention hooks. etc.

What is the purpose of this project? What do you want to learn? Is this for a university experiment? Are you in Turkey?
