I think its well worth watching if you can find it. I got it through Netflix DVD mail and it's available for paid viewing on Amazon. Not listed on Redbox's web page.
In the DVD extras, the CEO of the studio said that one of his main problems (mine, too) with films based on true stories is that far too many liberties are taken with the actual story-line and because of this his studio's productions are all about historical accuracy. So, this is one true story that is accurately presented for a change. The actors were even put on nutritionally balanced 500 calorie per day diets so they'd lose one pound per day of shooting.
