Times like these I really wish I had a 3D printer. I'd print a sanding jig for these... I've been seeing all sorts of inspiration for jigs via my other hobbies.

You would LOVE a 3d printer! I feel like I'll never buy anything again! 3d printers go well with most hobbies. I print motor mounts, baffles, fin jigs, nose cones...

Thinking about 3d printing--
I have been wanting to start a tiny rocket business for a while now. I could sell a 3d printed fin set for the black brant XII. It would be SLA 3d printed, perfect airfoil, smooth surface, very strong, and would include fins for the lower and second stage. Any interest?

How thick are the fins on each stage?

The first stage fins are 3/8” thick and the second stage fins are 3/16” thick. If I was to sell the 3D printed fins they would also be this size.
