Has anyone used one of these Brush Research GB41812 FLEX-HONE®, 4-1/8" (105 mm) Diameter, 120 Grit, Silicon Carbide, For Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron and Softer Ferrous Materials https://a.co/d/8Np6QZf

To prep the inside of thier booster for epoxy to the outer centering rings?

It should work great.

 That would literally eat the body tube.

Well I guess it doesn't matter what I think. Today I received real human hair dyed blonde with glue strips to glue to your head. Amazon shipped the wrong thing.

I guess I will try that some other time.

I am going to glue the hair inside a hat and make a mullet.

Amazon is refunding my money and said keep the hair.

So I guess in the Grand scheme of things it wasn't meant to be.

It is the same as sand paper grit, I have used them on engines, really not a lot of pressure, it makes a super smooth cross hatch pattern.
Yes they are a fairly fine grit. I've used the big ones on engine cylinders and the little ones on brake cylinders (for drum brakes).

I tried one (60 grit) to hone out the Blue Tube motor tubes on my 54 mm Deuce after the Blue Tube shrank. They clogged up fast. Ended up using a 1-1/2" 36 grit sanding drum that worked well including the body tube. Might work without clogging on G12 tubes but then the release might clog them.
