It's odd ... All I see is the UserId and whether they're a member when I use my Android phone

That only shows when on the desktop site and not the mobile site.. ie on Android phones you need to select desktop site under the 3 dots in the upper right corner, not sure how to do it on Apple. Or what Tsmith said.. I forget that one
