Big buttons

Are there anything bigger or better than 15 size air foiled rail buttons? New rocket weight estimate 75 lbs. 12" DIA and 9' 2" tall.

Unistrut buttons are bigger. I'm not sure you can get them air foiled.

I know a guy who makes unistrut buttons. PM me. Meanwhile, does your club have a unistrut launch rail?

I've launched 130 lb, 8" dia rockets using 1515 rail. Make sure the rail is long enough and has a stiff support to back it up.

I've made >200 unistrut rail buttons over the past 15 years (see my drawing above). But, I've never used them myself.

We do not have a uni strut, 1515 is as large as we have.

AMW had only 1515 buttons., round. I have the 1515 air foiled and used them on my L3 cert bird. They were fine. But she only weighed 42 lbs.
